Usage

I understand this artwork is being released to Legends Con so that is can be used to raise funds for the convention and promote the convention. It may be used to create merchandise that is sold with the funds going towards the convention, used to create ‘swag’ to be given away, posted on the Legends Con website, vidoe, or social media accounts, or show up on various print works across the convention floor. I understand the Legends Con team will take efforts to make sure my art is attributed to me, but I understand that there may be places where my art is shown or sold and does not have my artist name visible, either due to lack of space, aesthetics, or organization. I am purely submitting and releasing my artwork as a wish to support the convention.

Release Rights

I hereby release my rights, title and interest in and to the original art described, including, without limitation, the copyright therein and/or the right to federally register the copyright therein, and any and all renewals and extensions of any such copyright any country in the world.

This is only for the specific version you are releasing to Legends Con, not any other version of this artwork.

Sole Owner

I hereby affirm that I am the sole owner of said art, it is my original work, that it has never been published, and that I have no contractual or other arrangements which would interfere with or prevent the above-mentioned assignment or transfer of all my right, title and interest in said material.

This is only for the specific version you are releasing to Legends Con, not any other version of this artwork.

Consent

I also give my consent to indemnify and hold harmless, and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees and assigns, against and from any and all claims, liability, loss and damage, including reasonable attorney’s fees, caused by or arising wholly or in part, directly out of my inability to prove the validity of what is stated above.
